When it comes to our culinary offerings, we insisted on hiring the best. That’s why we chose award -winning , Executive Chef Greg. Blending culinary artistry with the passion of a true foodie, Chef Greg brings over 24 years of invaluable experience to Avalon Park.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Chef Greg trained in French, Italian and Swiss cuisine at the world’s top restaurants. He brings his passion for creating and serving remarkable food to Avalon Park.
