Meghan Schmitz Joins Avalon Park as Director of Resident Services

Avalon Park, the independent living neighborhood opening this summer at the northwest corner of Gutermuth Road and MO-364 Highway, announces that Meghan Schmitz has joined the team as Director of Resident Services. In her role, Meghan will be responsible for achieving and maintaining resident census goals and facilitating the successful transition of residents into this brand-new community for active adults age 62 and over.

With over 17 years in senior living and experience ranging from marketing new construction projects to helping seniors thrive in community life, Meghan will be a valuable resource of information and insight for residents and their families.
